Cancellation of Services & Refund Policy

Trading Challenge Programs: The Client/Trader may cancel purchased/delivered trading programs and request a refund by contacting our customer support support(at)fidelcrest.com anytime within 30 days from the purchase if the Client hasn’t started to trade the account. Once trading has started, refund is no longer available.

Fidelcrest may cancel delivered or undelivered services any time within 90 days from the purchase with written notice and by refunding the trading program fee to the Client.

How long it takes to receive funds?
In case of service cancellation it takes maximum 3 business days to receive funds.

When the Trading Challenge Program has been delivered?
Trading program has been fully delivered once purchased account and monitoring has been set up, the credentials have been sent to your email address and trading account has been reviewed by Fidelcrest. Read more about Delivery Policy
